Where do we go once we arrive at the airport?
Your car is waiting for you in Parking 1, right at the airport. With Self Service, the option most of our customers choose, you get a WhatsApp a few minutes before your pick-up time with your parking bay, the instructions to open the car and a link to sign the rental agreement on your phone. If you prefer, with Premium a member of our team waits for you at arrivals with a sign and walks you to the car; it costs a little more than Self Service.
What happens if our flight is early or late?
Add your flight number when you book, and message us on WhatsApp if anything changes. If your flight is delayed, your car waits for you in its bay in Parking 1 at no extra cost, even in the middle of the night. We refund your Parking 1 exit ticket; only for pick-ups from 9 pm is it on you, up to €10 (if it’s more, we pay the difference).
Does Poppycars deliver cars at points on the island apart from the airport?
Yes. You can choose any of the pick-up and drop-off points listed when you book, and we can also deliver the car to your hotel or villa. Returning it to Parking 1 at the airport or to our office in Maó costs nothing extra, with no queues and no waiting.
What are the opening hours at Poppycars?
You can pick up your car 24 hours a day with Self Service. Our customer service team is available every day from 7:30 to 22:00.
How can we pay for the car rental?
You pay online when you make the reservation, with the main driver’s debit or credit card. There’s no deposit and nothing to pay on arrival.
